📦 Delivery

1. Deliveries from Profish.bg are carried out within 3 working days, depending on the availability in our warehouse.

Profish.bg reserves the right to extend the delivery period in the following cases: temporary lack of availability, promotions, accumulation of a large number of orders, inventory checks, and other reasons that require extending the delivery time.

Profish.bg works with the courier companies ECONT and SPEEDY, to their offices or to a specific address.

If you wish, we can send your order to a specific address. This request must be explicitly mentioned in the Notes section of the order.

If you prefer, we can also send your order via another courier company, which must be specified in the delivery details of your order or to our operators by phone. In this case, the courier service is entirely at the customer's expense.

2. Delivery to a courier office – ECONT or SPEEDY – is offered under the following conditions:

2.1. For orders with a value up to BGN 79.00, the delivery cost is paid by the customer at the actual courier price, according to the Courier Tariff.

2.2. For orders over BGN 79.00 and up to 2 kg, the delivery is FREE for the customer.

2.3. For orders over BGN 79.00 and over 2 kg, the delivery cost is paid by the customer at the actual courier price, according to the Courier Tariff.

3. Delivery to a customer’s address is paid by the customer at the actual courier price, according to the Courier Tariff.

4. "Inspection" option – must be requested from the courier upon receiving the shipment.
   The customer is required to ask for a parcel inspection (if they wish to check whether the ordered content matches what was sent by Profish.bg) in order for the online store to allow the package to be opened. The customer is not obliged to accept the shipment if the contents do not match the order.

💳 Payment

5. Cash on delivery: Payment for the order is made via postal money transfer to the courier, i.e., the customer pays the amount ordered from Profish.bg to the courier upon delivery or at the courier company office.

6. Bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer is also possible. Payment details will be provided after order confirmation.

Payment is made only in Bulgarian lev (BGN). All prices on the site include VAT.

🗓 Working hours and dispatch

8. Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday on working days.

Before parcels are dispatched, our operators will definitely contact you by phone to confirm and clarify your order.

9. Your products are delivered by “Profish” Ltd., registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 208255115.
